Ronald J. Brys, R.L.S. - President

Mr. Brys is the founder and president of the training and consulting firm The Envision Group, Inc. He is an experienced Land Surveyor, designer, and CADD system administrator.

He has specialized in the software MicroStation & InRoads from Bentley Systems, Inc. He provides configuration, development, implementation and instruction for the software. His experience with the application of the software for engineering firms is invaluable in the instruction and ultimate use in a productive manner.

He received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Madison Area Technical College and became a licensed Land Surveyor in 1981. Mr. Brys instructs classes for the InRoads suite of products including InRoads (roadway/site design) and InRoads Survey (survey data collection and processing). He also instructs classes ranging from MicroStation Basics to advanced applications such as 3D modeling and visualization.

He has nearly three decades of experience in the management of data for civil engineering design and construction projects ranging from airport development, urban infrastructure design, to environmental sites and facilities.

Robert B. Mecham - CADD Applications Manager

Mr. Mecham joined the training and consulting firm The Envision Group, Inc. in 2000 and became a partner in June of 2002.

He has specialized in the software MicroStation & InRoads from Bentley Systems, Inc. Mr. Mecham is an industry expert in the implementation, configuration, development, and customization of the two software applications MicroStation and InRoads.

He received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Madison Area Technical College in 1992. Mr. Mecham instructs MicroStation classes ranging from fundamentals to advanced productivity. He has extensive experience using, implementing, and instructing both InRoads Survey and InRoads Site Design.

Mr. Mecham has over a decade of experience in the use, implementation, and management of software and CADD systems. He has worked for a wide range of organizations providing services from general survey and engineering services to specific applications such as landfills and site design.

Rodney Wing - Senior Systems Analyst

Mr. Wing joined The Envision Group, Inc. in March 2007. He has over 20 years of experience supporting and customizing MicroStation and related applications.

He led the IT evaluations of Bentley InRoads and AutoDesk Civil 3D at Wisconsin DOT in their overall CAiCE replacement evaluation. He also led the MicroStation V7 to V8 upgrade effort at Wisconsin DOT which included updating not only the CADD standards to accommodate the changes in the file format but also updating legacy MDL and macros to work in the new environment.

Mr. Wing received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in Cartography and a Master of Science in Geographic and Cartographic Sciences from George Mason University. He instructs MicroStation classes ranging from fundamentals to advanced applications.

Mr. Wing has extensive experience in CADD as well as the areas of GIS, cartography, plotting, scanning, raster editing/manipulation, publishing, and file/data translations. In all of these areas he has produced custom tools and developed workflows to enhance productivity between diverse sets of applications.

Dhanil Nikolla - CADD Technician

Mr. Nikolla joined The Envision Group team in January 2008 to provide a wide variety of CADD services and MicroStation production assistance. Throughout his education and work experience, he has demonstrated a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and his ability to grasp new ideas quickly and apply them in providing innovative solutions for clients.

Mr. Nikolla's education and work experience is in petroleum engineering. For 7 years, he worked for Albpetrol, Albania's leading petroleum company as a petroleum engineer. While working for Albpetrol, he successfully implemented innovative methods to optimize production, processing, and transportation of oil and gas operations in addition to designing specific health, safety and environmental controls.

Ben Felder - Graphic Artist

Mr. Felder joined The Envision Group team in June 2007 with over 5 years experience in graphic design, web design, audio/video, and the computer graphics fields. He is a versatile graphic artist who excels in a large number of media formats and he enjoys the challenge of mastering the latest design software.

The services he provides clients with include: MicroStation graphics, 3D modeling, animation, rendering, illustration, production assistance with audio and video projects, website design and development, marketing material, and corporate identities.

Mr. Felder received his Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and his Associates Degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
