Payment for Training

The Envision Group currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Purchase Orders, and Money Orders as payment for training and couseware. Please call us at
(608) 836-3903 to make your payment. If you prefer, you may print a
registration form and mail or fax it to us at (608) 662-9043.

All participants in training must be registered and payment must be received 7 days before the first day of class in order to reserve a space. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the first day of class to avoid penalty. After that time, The Envision Group reserves the right to apply a $175.00 fee. Class dates are subject to change if fewer than 4 students are enrolled, in which case other dates will be offered.
